By downloading, installing, or using AI Card Scan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Scope of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to use the app in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property & Fair Use

  • App Intellectual Property: The user interface, design, software code, and proprietary algorithms of AI Card Scan are owned exclusively by the developer.
  • TCG Trademarks & Copyrights: All card names, game logos, character artwork, and brand trademarks belong solely to their respective copyright holders (such as The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, etc.). AI Card Scan references this material under the doctrine of Fair Use for informational and cataloging purposes only and claims no official affiliation.

Pricing & Valuation Disclaimer

  • All market valuations, pricing trends, and rarity indicators provided in the app are statistical estimates derived from publicly available market data.
  • This information does not constitute investment advice, certified appraisal, or financial guarantees. The developer is not liable for any losses resulting from card sales, purchases, or trades based on the app's data.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or initiate automated denial-of-service queries against our backend servers.
